Do you want to withdraw from a contract you concluded through this website? Fill in this form. You will get an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail straight away, with the date and time. Within two working days we will tell you what the withdrawal means for your order.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period after placing your order. Because you ask us to start immediately, the following applies. Once we have delivered the translation in full, you can no longer withdraw from the order. If you withdraw before the translation has been delivered, you only pay for the part of the work carried out at that moment; we refund the rest within 14 days. Additional certified copies are made specifically for you; there is no right of withdrawal for them. An apostille or legalisation is treated like the translation: fees the court or ministry has already charged us remain payable. You can withdraw via the button "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of this website, with the model form in our general terms, or by e-mail to info@beedigdevertalingfrans.nl.
